Tim Denison

Tim manages water quality assessment projects for our clients. He coordinates with a group of environmental scientists responsible for the sampling and monitoring of a variety of surface water and groundwater quality projects. His current projects involve testing best management practices (BMPs), Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) monitoring, stormwater runoff characterization, flow monitoring and pollutant load evaluation. Tim has 10 years of water monitoring experience. He is a member of the Florida Stormwater Association and has presented at several water quality conferences.

Michael Lohr, P.S.M.

Michael manages water quality projects for both private and public agency clients, as well as manages projects that include survey, GIS and mapping services for the water resources group. He joined Johnson Engineering in 1994 and has been involved with the initial field screening work for the Fort Myers and Lee County National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) programs. He continues to provide NPDES stormwater facilities inspection and reporting for several local communities, including Pelican Landing, The Brooks and River Ridge. Mike has managed several large water quality research projects for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Lee County and The Bonita Bay Group. These studies have included Pervious/Impervious Pavement Study at Shadow Wood Preserve, Deep and Shallow Wet Detention Lake Study (Dissolved Oxygen) at The Brooks, Littoral Plantings Study at Bonita Bay, and Effectiveness of BMP Practices in Southwest Florida for Lee County. His current projects include a Green Roof Study at Shadow Wood Preserve, Long Discharge Study (stormwater in Lee and Collier Counties), and assisting with background water quality and water level data collection and management efforts at the future Babcock Ranch Community in Charlotte County.

Wesley Williams

Wes is an environmental scientist in charge of water quality sampling and monitoring. His training includes: FDEP standard operating procedure water quality sampling for groundwater, surface water, and wastewater; FDEP stormwater management inspection; hydric soils and whole landscape hydrology; and SFWMD water use accounting calibration flow monitoring. Wes has coordinated and implemented water quality sampling programs for communities and local governments throughout Southwest Florida. His current water quality projects include surface water sampling and flow monitoring for private developers in Charlotte, Lee and Collier Counties as well as chloride monitoring and reporting to SFWMD and SWFWMD.
